The holidays are over which means vacation time is over. Toes in the warm sand, drink in one hand (Did I just quote VanHalen?), smell of suntan lotion, waves lapping…just a distant memory. Sorry to leave that, friends and family. Happy to leave the traffic, overwhelming stores and too common pissiness.

Being a Florida girl at heart, I actually always imagined living on a tropical island so imagine my surprise to find myself here, on a “farmlet” in the country. As you can imagine, but just like anywhere else you choose to live in the world, there are pros…and cons.

So the spinach has been pantyhosed and is on its way to the big spinach garden in the sky. It didn’t die of embarrassment from the ill-fitting and baggy hosiery.
